My name is Michael Doven and I am a fine art landscape photographer. I am a passionate admirer of light and its transformative power, illuminating the natural world’s shape and form. I seek to create images of nature that evoke emotions of excitement, awe, wonder and serenity in order to uplift. I create limited edition large format photographic prints for art collectors around the world. I am often up before dawn in some remote location looking for unique lighting, weather and compositions. These moments are epic, adventurous, transformative and spiritual and I would like to share the images and my journey with you.

Michael Doven as a New York Institute of Photography graduate and featured alumni, creates iconic fine art images collected and displayed in luxury homes, adorning walls in offices, sold at auction at Christies, featured in magazines and galleries.

When creating large commissioned art, and composing with light, he shoots on film, on digital and with medium format cameras and uses only the finest museum quality printing and materials in the finished work.
